Compare two loan options.
Use the figures from your quotes to compare upfront fees and monthly cash flow.
Use quotes for the same loan amount and compare them over the same period. This tool compares cash paid, not the full cost of borrowing.
Understand the rest of your rate quote before making a decision.
Compare fees and payments
Enter the figures from two fixed-payment quotes for the same loan amount. See how upfront fees and monthly payments add up over the time you expect to keep the loan.
What this comparison includes
Educational cash-flow comparison only, not total borrowing cost, a rate offer, or a recommendation. Assumes both payments stay fixed for the full selected period and loan fees are paid upfront, not financed. Excludes down payment, taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, HOA charges, escrow deposits, and differences in remaining principal or equity. Loans must run for at least the selected period. A smaller cash outlay does not necessarily mean a better loan.
